This slow drive home seemed to take forever,
distance unfairly multiplied as I weigh heavy thoughts
with the desired attention I have to give to this arduous trail.
This one-way ticket is bound by its enemy.

Random convictions cloud this temperamental disposition.
Will the sun greet me again tomorrow?
It drifts further every time you exhale.

Before any unexpected departure,

This gratification, illusion'd by this perfect surreality,

has totally blinded me from the remains of unfinished reality.
I, benighted far from the exhibition of my sinful amorous nature,
have been tainted black with shades of disrespect and self-acquisitions.
My deliberate ignorance never was an option even for partial assurance,
with too many sketches of misfortunes reciprocated

the charmed dolls struggle
to escape this fate
they tried and they cried
but the nails won’t wade.

“we’re destined to die,”
and hung their heads low
all but one boy
won’t give in to the gallow.

he twisted and struggled
he pushed and he shook
his collar gave way
from the nail he was hooked.

he fell then he jumped
the rest he must free
when footsteps came closing
to the shadows he flee.

master has chosen
the girl was to part
he lifted a pin
and aimed for her heart.

the boy thought quickly
he then grabbed a pin
into his own hand
he sunk that pin in.

master got pricked
his hand bled a little
that didn’t stop him
and picked another needle.

far in the shadows
the boy picked another
before master could do
the boy pinned his shoulder.

in pain master screamed
he got one more pin
right at her heart
almost sunk it in.

the girl was crying
the boy thought fast and hard
with his final needle
he pierced his own heart.

master then choked
he gave one last yell
and one last grasp
to the floor he fell.

the boy laid there
motionless on his knees
never to be forgotten
for the love that he frees.
